Welcome to my apartment!

Hey all! I don't have much time but these are the crazy kid's that I am living with right now! They are awesome and have been taking care of me like the awkward foreign exchange student that I am. I have much to say when I finally get a chance! Love you all, Stevo. PS - Click "welcome to my apartment" for pictures from Rome!

Stevo,

Great pictures!!! We love seeing (and hearing) about your adventures. We look forward to you getting enough time to provide us some of your thoughts and insights into your latest excapades.

The Tigs won last night as well and so are up 2-0, coming back to Detroit. The game last night did not end wihtout Jones providing a little excitement (I am sure Danny and Billy were screaming -- as was I.)

After CG hit a homerun in the top of the eighth the Tigs lead 8-5, Jones enters to pitch the ninth. After getting the 1st two batters with no problem, Jones gives up back to back singles and then has to face Milton Bradley (who had done nothing but hit 2 homeruns and driven in 4 on the night). Bradley hits a topper over Jones' head and Perez can't get the out -- infield single to load the bases. The BIG HURT steps to the plate with a shot to end the game wih a walkoff Grand Salami, however, Jones does get him to pop out to CG to end the game and go up 2-0. The series shifts to Detroit for the weekend with Rogers and Bonderman to go on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Hopefully they can keep it going.

Casey is out for the remainder of the series (possibly longer) with a slight tear in the calf muscle. Guillen is now playing first.

Wings started up and have won a few games (includng a drubbing of the Coyotes 9-2 Wednesday night.)

Pistons were in Puerto Rico to open the pre-season against Miami. They beat the Heat pretty soundly.

Your mighty Maize and Blue have climbed the rankings and are setting up just perfect to provide their fans a big let down -- who knows it might come in the next couple of weeks (Penn St. and/or Iowa).

Again, look forward to reading about your adventures. Go Tigers!!!

Ciao,

Uncle Bruin
